We adhere to strict data residency protocols. Clients utilizing our Sovereign AI Cloud have 100% control over where their data resides, whether on-premise, in air-gapped environments, or specific geographic regions using AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructures.

2. Neural Privacy and Model Training

Unlike consumer-grade AI platforms, Quantum Mind Network does not use proprietary client data to train our foundation models. All fine-tuning and RAG processes occur within isolated, encrypted compute clusters.

3. Encryption Standards

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness. Data at rest is secured via AES-256 with client-managed keys (CMK) support.

4. International Compliance

Our operations are fully compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act. We conduct bi-annual audits to ensure our neural architectures meet the evolving global regulatory landscape.
