Terms of Service

Governance and operational protocols for engagement with Quantum Mind Network.

1. Service Provision

Quantum Mind Network provides AI consultancy, infrastructure orchestration, and autonomous agentic systems. Services are provided on a contractual basis, subject to specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined in individual master service agreements (MSAs).

2. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all inputs and specific outputs generated via our neural systems. Quantum Mind Network retains ownership of its foundational Q-Series architectures, weights, and proprietary neural pruning algorithms.

3. Acceptable Use

Engagement with our systems is prohibited for the creation of deepfakes, malicious cyber-activity, or any application that violates high-risk safety guidelines without explicit authorization and alignment.

4. API Rate Limits & Scale

API access is tiered. Enterprise accounts are entitled to sub-100ms inference targets and dedicated cluster provisioning. Overages are billed as per the schedule defined in the account dashboard.
